Rain is typical in Vancouver Area, so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment.

Yes tipping is normal in the industry. However there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your JCAN Care Specialist.
